Presentation To Energy Justice Advocates On Intervenor Funding

Today before the National Energy & Utility Affordability Coalition, we gave a presentation on the need for state utility regulators to:
- Establish an Energy Justice Advocate to advise utility regulators.
- Revise intervention standards to ensure energy justice advocates have standing to participate.
- Provide direct logistical and financial support for energy justice advocates, including establishing an Office of Public Participation and intervenor funding.
