Stay tuned . . . still no SCOTUS ruling on Citizens United
Looks like we won’t have a winner this week in our office pool on when the U.S. Supreme Court will finally release its decision on Citizens United vs. FEC, the landmark case that could undo our most important campaign finance reforms. The decision, which we expected in December, and then this week, was not released today. That means the earliest it might be released is now next week. (We’ve blogged about the case quite a bit but if you need a recap, go to DontGetRolled.org. )
Meanwhile, ABC.com has an interesting report that looks at the money trail behind the effort to dismantle our campaign finance laws.
