Today Public Citizen filed the latest protest at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission detailing our concerns that the private equity firm IIF is actually controlled by the Wall Street bank JP Morgan Chase & Co, and we therefore call on FERC to classify IIF as a legal affiliate of the bank.
