Families USA, Center for Medicare Advocacy, Public Citizen, and nearly 100 additional organizations wrote the Department of Health and Human Services and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in support of their efforts to implement the Medicare drug negotiation program. The signatories urged CMS to fully implement the program and to not allow Big Pharma to “undermine this hard-fought win for older adults and people with disabilities.”
