National Organizations Host Post-Election Mobilization Virtual Event November 7

WASHINGTON, D.C. — With the results of the presidential election now determined, over 200 organizations are uniting to discuss the path forward in this pivotal political moment. On November 7 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, these groups will host a virtual event titled “Making Meaning of the Moment,” bringing together thousands of participants ready to take action.
With 100,000 attendees already registered, “Making Meaning of the Moment” will serve as a critical gathering for those committed to upholding democratic values and organizing for the future. As the nation anticipates the transition of power, the event aims to build a movement that prioritizes resilience while navigating the political landscape of the next four years.
Participants will join members of over 200 progressive organizations to “Make Meaning of the Moment,” gain guidance on immediate steps to take, and consider concrete ways to support their communities in a time of potential challenges.
This event will bring together a powerful lineup of speakers, including:
