Protest of Application By SoftBank Group To Sell Power From Natural Gas Facility in Ohio

Long Ridge Energy Generation LLC owns and operates a 522 MW natural gas power plant in Ohio. Long Ridge is owned 50.1% by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors LLC and 49.9% by Labor Impact Fund, L.P. Fortress is managed by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC, which in turn is owned by SoftBank Group Corp. Public Citizen has raised issues before about the failure of Fortress to adequately disclose its affiliation with SoftBank in its efforts to develop an LNG facility.
