Today in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission docket ER25-2653, we filed a legal protest to the request by grid operator PJM to force working families to pay higher electric bills for President Trump’s abuse of an emergency order to keep the Eddystone gas power plant outside of Philadelphia to operate beyond its scheduled shutdown.
