Today we joined with Natural Resources Defense Council, PennFuture, Environmental Defense Fund & Sierra Club in petitioning for rehearing of the U.S. Department of Energy’s abuse of emergency powers under Section 202c of the Federal Power Act to force ratepayers to pay for the continued operation of the uneconomic Eddystone gas power plant just outside Philadelphia.
