Protest of Entergy’s Fossil Fuel Waiver

On February 27, 2023 in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Docket ER23-1140 we protested Entergy’s waiver from MISO’s new seasonal capacity accreditation rules that reduce the value of the utility’s fossil fuel power plants in the upcoming capacity auction.
