Kentucky v. Krause

In this case, the State sought Supreme Court review of a decision holding that police officers had violated a defendant’s Fourth Amendment rights by using a ruse with regard to their purpose to obtain consent to search. We served as co-counsel for the respondent at the cert stage, and the Supreme Court denied the petition.
