TONIGHT: No Kings Coalition Hosts “Eyes on ICE” Training to Prepare Community Members for Non-violent Documentation of Trump Administration Repression

*Interviews Available

WASHINGTON, D.C.  – As the Trump administration escalates its use of masked ICE agents to terrorize neighborhoods, local and national organizers with the No Kings coalition are hosting “Eyes on ICE: Document and Record” tonight. This urgent training session is designed to equip community members with the skills to document enforcement actions, legally and as safely as possible, providing a critical layer of defense for each other.

Participants will be trained on de-escalation and non-violent documentation techniques to ensure that the administration’s attempts to rule through fear and false narratives are met with transparency and collective resolve.

WHAT: “Eyes on ICE: Document and Record” – A non-violent community training

WHO: Local and national organizers, community advocates, and neighbors standing in solidarity with those targeted by recent raids.

Last year, millions of Americans joined together in the largest single day of morally grounded, non-violent direct actions in U.S. history. Tonight’s training is a direct response to the administration’s use of fear as a governing tool, knowing that coming together in the streets and non-violently documenting this administration’s terrors and abuses of power are essential. These training sessions help ensure our communities remain as disciplined, powerful, and safe as possible in the face of President Trump’s increasing violence. Additional actions are to come.

All No Kings events adhere to a shared commitment to non-violent protest and community safety. Organizers are trained in de-escalation and are working closely with local partners to ensure non-violent and powerful actions nationwide.
