Kaiba White calls on utilities that failed Texans to release data
Kaiba White, energy policy specialist in Public Citizen’s Texas office, tells the Washington Post that utilities that serve the public in Texas should be more transparent.
“They are here to make money, but they are also providing an essential public good. If they want to be seen as good actors and key players, then they would share this information so that we can all see it and make the best use of it. But I think it’s also the responsibility of the Public Utility Commission for sure to force that to happen.”
