But Craig Holman, a lobbyist with watchdog group Public Citizen, said Gunasekara will not have to reveal financiers of the Energy 45 Fund if she re-enters government. Gunasekara previously was senior policy adviser and principal deputy assistant administrator in EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation.”
