Columbia Legal Services v. U.S. Department of Labor (2026)

State workforce agencies conduct annual wage surveys and report the results to the Department of Labor (DOL) using Form ETA-232 and corresponding attachments. Columbia Legal Services (CLS) submitted two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to DOL seeking copies of the wage survey results for several years. After DOL refused to produce the records, we filed suit on behalf of CLS to compel DOL to produce the records.
