Clark v. Colorado Dep’t of Corrections
In this case, we represented the petitioner at the petition stage in the US Supreme Court. The petition asked whether the Prison Litigation Reform Act requires a court to dismiss all claims brought by a prisoner, including those that have been administratively exhausted, when at least one claim has not been exhausted. The Supreme Court granted the petition, vacated the court of appeals’ decision, and remanded in light of Jones v. Bock.
