Oxybutynin Chloride Extended-Release tablets, 10 mg, 100 tablet and 500 tablet bottles. Manufactured by: Cadila Healthcare Ltd. Lot #: M300652 and M300651, exp. date: 12/24.

Rasagiline tablets, 0.5 mg, 30-count bottle. Manufactured by: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. Lot #: 3112444, exp. date: 08/23.
