Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets; 500, 750 or 1,000 mg; 10-, 60-, 90- or 500-count bottle. Manufactured for: Granules Pharmaceutical Inc. or Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Manufactured by: Granules India Limited or Lupin Limited.

Progesterone (modified-release) capsule; 50, 100, 150 or 200 mg; 30 or 90 capsules per bottle. MasterPharm.

Tadalafil capsule; 3, 7, 12, 18 or 26 mg; 90 capsules per bottle. MasterPharm.
