RELPAX (eletriptan HBr) tablets, 40 mg, 6-count (1 card x 6 tablets) or 12-count (2 cards x 6 tablets) per carton. Made in Ireland. Distributed by: Pfizer Roerig, Division of Pfizer Inc.

Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules; 0.4 mg; 100-, 500- and 1,000-count bottles. Manufactured by: Macleods Pharma USA, Inc.
