This week in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dockets AD22-8 and AD21-15, Public Citizen jointed with the Electricity Customer Alliance, Citizens Utility Board of Illinois, Electricity Consumers Resource Council, Maryland Office of People’s Counsel, New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel, Office of the People’s Counsel for the District of Columbia, the Consumer Advocates of PJM States and R Street Institute supporting improved planning and stronger governance of electricity transmission systems, including the establishment of an independent transmission monitor to hold developers accountable to consumers.
