Tracey Lewis is a policy counsel for Public Citizen’s Climate Program, where she advocates for financial regulators to direct companies, banks, money managers, and other private actors to better identify and address the risks related to the climate crisis. Tracey has broad experience advising organizations on equity and environmental law and policy.
Prior to joining Public Citizen, Tracey was the Senior Climate Finance & Policy Analyst at 350.org. Tracey is also a fellow at the Climate & Community Project, based at the University of Pennsylvania McHarg Center, Weitzman School of Design. She has a JD from Vermont Law School.
Tracey has appeared in the past on television shows such as Good Morning America and her writings have appeared in Teen Vogue and The American Prospect. She has been quoted in: Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, NPR-Marketplace, NPR-Talk of the Nation, KFPK radio’s Background Briefing, Politico, and Morning Consult.
