Kelly Lew

Kelly Lew (she/her) is a Fellow in the Public Citizen Litigation Group. Having joined the group in August 2025, she assists in litigating a broad range of public interest cases.
Kelly graduated from Harvard Law School in 2024. At Harvard, she was a Youth Advocacy & Policy Fellow and an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review. She has advocated for students with disabilities, first in Massachusetts as a student attorney, and in the District of Columbia as a law clerk with the Public Defender Service and as part of her pro bono practice. Kelly obtained her undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 2020, where she received departmental honors in American Studies and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Before joining Public Citizen, Kelly was a litigation associate in the DC office of Jenner & Block LLP.
