
Cormac Early
Attorney
Cormac Early (he/him) is an Attorney at Public Citizen Litigation Group. He previously interned for Public Citizen in 2013.
Before joining Public Citizen, Cormac was a Trial Attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Civil Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he represented federal agencies in civil litigation in district courts throughout the United States. Before joining government, Cormac was an associate at a large D.C. law firm, where he represented clients in litigation and regulatory matters.
Cormac graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2013, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He went on to clerk for the Honorable Patricia Millett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and for the Honorable Randolph Moss on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Cormac earned his undergraduate degree in history cum laude from Harvard College.
Cormac is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and California (inactive) and is admitted to practice in several federal courts.
