Carly Oboth

Carly is a Senior Supply Chain Campaigner with Public Citizen’s climate program, focusing on urging Ford and other automakers to commit to procuring responsibly-sourced steel processed using 100% clean energy. Before joining Public Citizen, Carly was the Director of the U.S. coalition of Publish What You Pay, advocating for an open and accountable extractive sector. Carly also previously worked on responsible mineral supply chains as a Policy Advisor for Global Witness. Carly has successfully campaigned to hold major downstream companies and mineral processors accountable for doing comprehensive supply chain due diligence and is an expert on responsible supply chain practices.
