Carly Fabian (she/her) is the Director of Insurance Policy. She leads policy development and advocacy on home insurance, climate risk and economic resilience, rethinking the role of insurance from a reactive financial product to a tool for proactive risk reduction. She advances policies that incentivize climate mitigation, fund climate resilience, and keep insurance affordable and accountable to the public. Her analysis has appeared in The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Rolling Stone, and Inside Climate News.
