Carly Fabian is an Insurance Policy Advocate for Public Citizen’s Climate Program specializing in climate change and insurance markets. She advocates for equitable solutions on property & casualty insurance availability and for regulators and the industry to address both physical and transition risks from climate change. She is also a Consumer Representative with both the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors.
