Aisha Tounkara (she/her) is the Communications Associate at Public Citizen, where she works to publicize and generate media attention around holding elected officials accountable, climate issues, and more. Aisha received her bachelor’s in International Affairs from Georgetown University. She has previously worked as an intern at the United Nations and the Department of State.
