Americans for Tax Fairness is a diverse campaign of more than 420 national, state and local organizations united in support of a fair tax system that works for all Americans.

Bright Lines Project

The Bright Lines Project is working to put in place a clear set of rules that define “political activity” for nonprofits to make IRS rules in this area easier to follow and enforce.

Chamber Watch

The Chamber Watch project is shedding a light on the lobbying, campaign spending and misinformation campaigns of the largest corporate lobbying group in the country, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and on the large corporations that provide the majority of its funding.

Citizens Trade Campaign

The Citizens Trade Campaign is a coalition working for social and environmental justice in trade policy.

Clean Budget Coalition

The Clean Budget Coalition is made up of more than 260 organizations fighting to remove poison pill policy riders from budget and appropriations legislation.

Clean Energy Communications Working Group

The Clean Energy Communications Working Group is a Texas-based coalition that coordinates messaging and communications strategy in support of clean energy.

Climate Action SA

Climate Action SA is a coalition of social and environmental justice organizations and individuals committed to passing a strong city-wide climate plan in San Antonio, Texas.

Climate Reality Check Network

Climate Reality Check is the largest network of grassroots climate organizations. Its monthly national call is designed to strengthen the movement by lifting up effective campaigns and facilitating discussion of the most urgent and pressing climate issues.

Coalition for Equity, Environment, and Resilience (CEER)

CEER aims to drive community voices into the post-Hurricane Harvey decision-making process to promote greater equity and resilience — with a focus on land, water, air, waste and housing policies that reduce human exposure to pollution and strengthen environmental conservation.

Coalition for Fair Drug Prices

The Coalition for Fair Drug Prices is an alliance of consumer groups, unions, physician groups and others fighting to lower U.S. drug prices.

Coalition for Sensible Safeguards (CSS)

CSS is an alliance of more than 160 national, state and local organizations committed to defending our nation’s system of regulatory protections from attacks by private industry, corporate lobbyists and conservative lawmakers.

Corporate Reform Coalition

The Corporate Reform Coalition is made up of investors, academics, and national and state nonprofit organizations who are seeking disclosure of corporate spending and engagement in politics.

D.C. Fair Elections

The D.C. Fair Elections coalition was founded in 2015 to advance the D.C. Fair Elections bill, which would establish a small donor empowerment program for D.C. elections. The bill passed and the program kicks into effect in 2020.

Declaration for American Democracy

The Declaration for American Democracy is a coalition of groups working collectively to create and pass a series of fundamental reforms to re-balance our moneyed political system, empower everyday Americans, ensure equal justice for all, protect the public’s right to know, reduce barriers to participation in our elections, vigorously enforce voting laws and fix our ethics laws.

Digital Trade Allies

Digital Trade Allies is an international coalition bringing together digital rights groups and consumer advocates to work together on digital trade issues.

Groups involved in Fix Corporate Concentration for Our Democracy are fighting for a bold new approach to take on monopoly power, in recognition of the many grave threats corporate concentration poses to a democratic society.

Hands Off is a campaign dedicated to stopping cuts to people’s health care, disability benefits, nutrition assistance and other basic living standards in congressional budgets.

Johnson Amendment Defense Coalition

The Johnson Amendment Defense Coalition is an alliance of religious and secular groups defending the need for the Johnson amendment: a tax code provision that keeps 501(c)(3) organizations, such as nonprofits and churches, nonpartisan.
