Becca Steinberg

Becca Steinberg (she/her) is an attorney at Public Citizen Litigation Group. She previously interned for Public Citizen in 2019.
Before joining Public Citizen, Becca was a staff attorney and clinical fellow at Georgetown’s Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she supervised students litigating complex public interest appeals. She previously was a fellow at D.C. Legal Aid, focusing on access-to-justice issues.
Becca graduated from Yale Law School and Yale College. She clerked for the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Honorable Keith P. Ellison of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. Supreme Court. Before law school, she taught middle school English in the Mississippi Delta.
Becca is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice in multiple federal courts.
