Powermark Homes v. Doe

Powermark Homes sued the anonymous operator of an Internet gripe site. Representing the website operator, Public Citizen argued that the First Amendment right to engage in truthful and anonymous criticism trumped the company’s unsubstantiated claims of defamation.
