John Hritz, an executive of a steel company filed suit in Ohio an anonymous employee of the company who criticized Hritz in sometimes scathing terms, such as by saying “Hritz will litigate the time of day. Oops, I am in court.” After the Doe moved to quash, Hritz stopped pursuing the Doe’s identity and the case was eventually dismissed.
