Bostic v. Gray

Co-counseling in the U.S. Supreme Court through our Supreme Court Assistance Project, we drafted the brief in opposition to a petition for certiorari that challenged a lower-court decision holding that the petitioner police officer lacked probable cause to arrest a nine-year-old girl for saying she would hit her gym teacher. The Court denied the petition.
