In this role, she gained experience drafting publications, event production, professional communication and data preparation. She aspires to use these interests to pursue a career in political communications.

“We’re proud of have an intern of Jordan’s caliber helping us in our mission to protect the environment and public health in Texas,” said Michael Coleman, Public Citizen’s communications strategist. “She has already proven to be a valuable member of the team and we look forward to helping her gain even more experience in professional communications.”

One of Jordan’s passions also includes the advocacy and empowerment of women. She is the first woman in her family to attend college and hopes to inspire those after her to do the same and more.
