Sen. Shelby Rightly Drops Provision Preventing NHTSA from Issuing Vehicle Rollover Information

We re very pleased that Sen. Shelby has dropped his provision prohibiting the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration from issuing a consumer information test on motor vehicle rollover.
However, we agree with Sen. Shelby that NHTSA needs to develop a dynamic test, because the existing static stability factor proposal is inadequate.
