Public Citizen Pushes FERC to Classify Elliott Management as an Affiliate of Evergy, Inc.

Public Citizen filed a protest at FERC that the electric utility Evergy, Inc. failed to notify the Commission as required by 18 CFR § 35.42 that the hedge fund Elliott Management and its affiliates have obtained control over the company, in part through the terms of a non-public confidentiality agreement.
