Dan Wagner joins the climate team from Climate Nexus, where he stood up and ran their BailoutWatch oversight project for the past three years. Previously, Dan was an investigative reporter in Washington for outlets including the Associated Press, the Center for Public Integrity, and BuzzFeed News. He covered the 2008 financial crisis and its aftermath, including the debate over Dodd-Frank; prison profiteers; and predatory lenders. Dan graduated from Harvard in 2005 with a degree in Folklore & Mythology.
