Anne Perrault

Climate Finance Policy Counsel


Prior to joining Public Citizen, Anne was a Senior Fellow at the Georgetown Climate Center, advancing research on issues at the intersection of climate change and finance. She also led investigations into violations of human rights and environment standards for the accountability mechanism at the United Nations Development Programme. From 2000 to 2012, she directed the International Financial Institutions Program at the Center for International Environmental Law. She has an LLM with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center, a Masters in Science from University of Vermont, and a JD from Louisiana State University.
