Alprazolam tablets, 0.25mg, 100 and 1000 tablets.

Azor tablets (amlodipine and olmesartan medoxomil) 10 mg/40 mg, 30-count bottles.

Cephalexin capsules, 250 mg and 500 mg, 100- and 500-count bottles.

Daiichi Sankyo Pharma Development is recalling a number of olmesartan (Benicar, Benicar HTC) tablets.

Fluvastatin capsules, 20 mg, 30-count bottle.

Lansoprazole DR capsules 30 mg, Clarithromycin tablets 500 mg, Amoxicillin capsules 500 mg, 8-count blister pack.

Losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets, 100 mg/25 mg, 90-count bottle.

Pramipexole dihydrochloride tablets, 0.5 mg, packaged and labeled to contain nebivolol tablets.

Sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim tablets, 800 mg/160 mg, double strength, packaged and labeled to contain sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim tablets, 400 mg/80 mg.

Tribenzor tablets (olmesartan medoxomil/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide), 40 mg/5 mg/25 mg, 30-count bottles.

Welchol tablets (colesevelam HCl), 625 mg, 180-count bottles.
