Washington Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Trade Policy:  Established in 2003 to monitor the impacts of the WTO agreements, NAFTA and proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas on state law, and "provide a mechanism for legislators and citizens to voice their opinions and concerns about the potential impacts of these trade agreements to state and federal government officials."
