THE MASSACHUSETTS BURMA SELECTIVE PURCHASING LAW IS CURRENTLY UNDER ATTACK IN THE WTO AND U.S. FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT FOR MASSACHUSETTS.


Update on Case II (June 23, 1999)
Federal Appeals Court upheld Judge Tauro's ruling striking down as unconstitutional the Massachusetts Burma selective purchasing law.
