Beginning January 1, 2002, the Texas utility market was deregulated. This opened the playing field for renewable sources of energy including wind and solar power. Choosing your energy provider is an important step in protecting the environment. Renewable resources such as wind and solar are viable alternatives to traditional power sources. We are working to promote renewable resources and energy efficient buildings and cars.
