Following the collapse of the World Trade Organization (WTO) negotiations in  Cancun, The Economist, The Nation, and WAMU 88.5 FM, American University Radio hosted a public debate on the Future of Globalization. 

The debate, moderated by WAMU 88.5 FM's Kojo Nnamdi, took place on October 8th, 2003 and featured:

  • Zanny Minton-Beddoes, Economics Correspondent for The Economist
  • Lori Wallach, Director of Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch
