National and Maryland Groups File Legal Challenges to Proposed Calvert Cliffs-3 Atomic Reactor WASHINGTON, D.C. - Four environmental organizations filed a legal challenge late Wednesday against the proposed Calvert Cliffs-3 atomic reactor before the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
