Best Western Encina Lodge & Suites v. D’Lil

Co-counseling in the U.S. Supreme Court through our Supreme Court Assistance Project, we drafted the brief in opposition to a petition for certiorari that posed the question whether the plaintiff had standing to assert an Americans with Disabilities Act claim for injunctive relief against the Best Western for not complying with the accessibility requirements of the Act. The Supreme Court denied the petition.
