Description:
Prison Litigation Reform Act Whether the Prison Litigation Reform Act requires a court to dismiss all claims brought by a prisoner, including those that have been administratively exhausted, when at least one claim has not been exhausted. Brian Wolfman of Public Citizen represented the petitioner at the cert stage. The Supreme Court granted, vacated, and remanded in light of Jones v. Bock.
