Should this Court grant review to reevaluate the Court of Appeals' balancing of the private and public interest factors on Petitioner's motion to dismiss for forum non conveniens in favor of a United States citizen's choice of forum because the focal point of the plaintiff's breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and fraud claims was California, and not Japan? Jennifer Soble and Brian Wolfman of Public Citizen were co-counsel for the respondent at the cert stage, and the Supreme Court denied cert.
