We represented the Center for Auto Safety, Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety, The Trauma Foundation and Consumer Federation of America, in a petition challenging rules that seek to categorically exempt data that the industry submits to the government to provide an "early warning" of serious defects in automobiles.
