Whether, and if so, under what circumstances, non-lawyer parents of a disabled child may prosecute an Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, 20 U.S.C. 1400 et seq., case pro se in federal court.

Arons v. Delaware

Petition for Writ of Certiorari - asking the Supreme Court to review a decision by the Delaware Supreme Court holding that parents have no right to be represented at administrative hearings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act by non-lawyer experts in the needs of disabled children.
