Graham Watch & Bush Administration Threats

Public Citizen's "Graham Watch" was launched for the purpose of monitoring the activities of John Graham, Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In the decade preceding his 2001 appointment, Graham was an ally of the business community, using bean-counting methods in his industry-funded research to oppose strong health, safety, and environmental safeguards.
