Setting the Record Straight on Medical Malpractice and the Tort System

To set the record straight, Public Citizen has released a fact sheet of eight glaring misstatements by the president about lawsuits by consumers and medical patients. Public Citizen has also released an 99-page briefing book detailing the facts behind the so-called medical malpractice "crisis."
