Read Public Citizen's letters and comments to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) requesting that the Commission study and document the uses and abuses of soft money in the 2004 national party conventions, and to employ this information in re-evaluating its long-standing regulations allowing unlimited soft money for financing party conventions.
