GM held liable for roof crush injury in the rollover crash of a Chevrolet Blazer

Robert Lambert was made a paraplegic when his Blazer rolled over several times and the flimsy roof of his vehicle crushed into his head. GM, ridiculously, argued that Lambert’s head dove into the roof, denying their responsibility for the shoddy design of the Blazer’s roof and attempting to shield themselves from future roof crush liability.
